This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Ayurelix, a brand owned and operated by Synclusive Innovation Pvt. Ltd.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Return Policy (General)

Due to the nature of our products (health supplements), we follow a no return policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or personal preference

  • Delayed results or expectations

Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

We only offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

a) Damaged Product

If the product is received in a damaged condition.

b) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

c) Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order.

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/video of the issue

    • Description of the problem

Failure to report within this time frame may result in rejection of the request.

Verification Process

  • Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject claims after verification

Replacement Policy

  • If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost

  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed if:

  • Replacement is not possible, OR

  • The issue is verified and approved

  • Refunds will be:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days

  • Credited to the original payment method

Non-Eligible Situations

  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • Incorrect address was provided

  • Delivery attempt failed due to customer unavailability

  • Product was used or tampered with

  • Delay caused by courier partner

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
